Sct. Knudsborg ApS wishes with this policy to map out in a clear and manageable way how Sct. Knudsborg ApS handles your personal data.

HOW DOES SCT. KNUDSBOG PERSONAL DATA?

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT Sct. Knudsborg?
Sct. Knudsborg collects, among other things, the following personal data:
- Name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth and other general personal data
- Credit card information
- Demographic information
- Purchase history
- Feedback via our customer surveys
- Feedback via physical and online competitions
- Feedback on social media and other digital platforms
- Browser information
- Information about your company and relevant contacts.
You can, if you wish, choose to give Sct. Knudsborg personal data in addition to the general personal data that you consider may be important either for security reasons and/or to provide Sct. Knudsborg can tailor the service specifically for you.
For example, this could be information about:
- Handicap
- Allergy
- Special food preferences
- Medical condition.
If you choose to do so, Sct. Knudsborg it also constitutes consent to register and store this sensitive information on your profile.
In addition to receiving information from you, Sct. Knudsborg sometimes supplements our information with information that we have received from a third party, such as a group manager or a business partner.

ONLINE PURCHASES WITH CREDIT CARD
Sct. Knudsborg uses nets as a payment system (nets www.nets.eu) in connection with your purchase of services/goods and payment by credit card.
For bookings and reservations, Sct. Knudsborg the information you have provided for up to 5 months, after which the information is deleted.
Apart from the execution of the order itself, the information provided will only be used if, for example, you contact us with questions or if there are errors in the order.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE FUNDRAISER?
Sct. Knudsborg only collects personal data that is necessary for the purpose described in the separate terms and conditions for the service in question and in this personal data policy.
It is the individual service that determines both which personal data Sct. Knudsborg collects and the purpose of the collection.
Sct. Knudsborg’s purpose for collecting personal data may be one or more of the following:
- Processing your reservations and purchase of Sct. Knudsborg’s services
- Contacting you before, during or after your stay
- Fulfilling your request for services
- Improvement and development of Sct. Knudsborg’s services
- Adaptation of Sct. Knudsborg’s communication and marketing for you
- Analyzing your user behavior and re-marketing
- Customize your partners’ communication and marketing to you

In these cases, the person responsible for the group and/or reservation is obliged to inform the guests involved about Sct. Knudsborg’s terms and conditions and this privacy policy.
The processing of your personal data is further required by Sct. Knudsborg by law. This is the case, for example, in connection with guest registration at check-in, where the legislation states which personal data Sct. Knudsborg is required to register.
YOUR RIGHTS
According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights. The rights are as follows:
Right of access
You have the right to access the personal data that Sct. Knudsborg processes about you, as well as to receive further supplementary information in this regard. However, access may be restricted to protect the privacy of other persons, trade secrets and/or intellectual property rights.
Right to rectification
You have the right to rectify and update the personal data that Sct. Knudsborg has registered about you.
Right to erasure
You have the right to have the personal data that Sct. Knudsborg has registered about you. If you wish to have your personal data deleted, Sct. Knudsborg all information that Sct. Knudsborg is not required by law to store.

Sct. Knudsborg will get back to you with a response within 1 month of receiving your request. However, if the request is complex, the response time may be extended by an additional two months.
Sct. Knudsborg will always inform you if the response time is expected to be longer than 1 month. You are also informed that Sct. Knudsborg, for security reasons, must be able to verify your identity before your request can be processed. Sct. Knudsborg can, for example, request a copy of your driver’s license or passport.
If you are a Comwell Club member, you can access, review and update the information you provided when you signed up at any time by logging in to your Comwell Club profile.

Sct. Knudsborg may refuse requests that are either unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical intervention (for example, to develop a new system or significantly change an existing practice), affect the protection of others’ personal information, or in situations where the requested action must be considered extremely complex (for example, requests for information that exists only as backups)
STORAGE SECURITY AND SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Sct. Knudsborg protects your personal data and has adopted internal information security rules that protect your personal data against unauthorized disclosure and against unauthorized access or knowledge.
To avoid data loss, Sct. Knudsborg continuously backs up our data sets.
In the event of a security breach that results in a high risk to you of discrimination, ID theft, financial loss, loss of reputation or other material disadvantage, Sct. Knudsborg notify you of the security breach as soon as possible
Sct. Knudsborg security procedures are continuously revised based on the latest technological developments.
In order to provide the highest level of service, Sct. Knudsborg selected personal data, among other things, at your request with external suppliers such as restaurants, hotels, etc.
