ONLINE PURCHASES WITH CREDIT CARD

Sct. Knudsborg uses nets as a payment system (nets www.nets.eu) in connection with your purchase of services/goods and payment by credit card.

For bookings and reservations, Sct. Knudsborg the information you have provided for up to 5 months, after which the information is deleted.

Apart from the execution of the order itself, the information provided will only be used if, for example, you contact us with questions or if there are errors in the order.

Sct. Knudsborg will get back to you with a response within 1 month of receiving your request. However, if the request is complex, the response time may be extended by an additional two months.

Knudsborg, for security reasons, must be able to verify your identity before your request can be processed. Sct. Knudsborg can, for example, request a copy of your driver’s license or passport.

To avoid data loss, Sct. Knudsborg continuously backs up our data sets.
